“We must become the change we want to see in the world.” - Mahatma Gandhi
When things go wrong, do not blame others. Analyze the situation, take corrective action, and move on to the next challenge. By knowing your personal strengths you can readily understand and take responsibility for your success and failures.
William Shakespeare once said, “Above all other admonitions, know thyself.”
In order to know yourself, you have to do some practical self-analysis.
You must have an honest understanding of who you are, what you know, and what you can do.
Seek to continually improve
Self-discovery is the first step to self-improvement. YOU must be committed to self-improvement. Seeking self-improvement means continually strengthening your attributes. This can be accomplished through self-study, formal classes, reflection, and interacting with others.
Make sound and timely decisions
All situations are different. What you do in one situation will not always work in another. You must use your judgment to decide the best course of action needed for each situation. For example, you may need to confront an employee for inappropriate behavior, but if the confrontation is too late or too early, too harsh or too weak, then the results may prove ineffective.
What is your theme?
In one sentence say what the theme of your life is. What saying, maxim or scripture inspires you to action? What is your theme?

YOUR TITHING & GIVING
Malachi 3:10 says, Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
Your tithing and giving create a financial relationship with God and His Word, which makes the possibilities unlimited. Jesus said, ...all things are possible to him that believeth (Mark 9:23).
