LOOK AGAIN

Many have eyes, few see! Many have ears, but few hear.

Mindfulness meditation helps us LOOK AGAIN, to see and to hear.

Mindfulness Meditation helps us to discern Truth and see things as they really are! Meditate basically means to consider, contemplate, and to analyze the truth.

 

Learn to see. LOOK AGAIN! Don’t cover up things!  Seek to gain insight into truth through meditation. Putting a stone or brick on top of grass is like a cover up. The grass under a stone is sill growing.

 

Meditation is not just an escape to peace. Meditation helps you to gain understanding of causes by looking inwardly. Gaining understanding of causes; states of mind addressing the real problem. This is the Truth that sets you free!

 

The main problem in life is simple: we see things, as we want them to be, not as they really are! It’s knowing the Truth that makes us free (John 8:31-32).

 

Mindfulness meditation leads to recognition of the essential nature of your problems be it; greed, anger, or lust. You learn to analyze impartially and see things as they really are. Meditation is training the mind to see things as they really are!

Mindfulness meditation helps us to see. Take time to meditate.

 

 

Here’s how to get started with meditation:

 

1.  Set aside some time. You don’t need a meditation cushion or bench, or any sort of special equipment to access your mindfulness skills—but you do need to set aside some time and space.
 

2.  Observe the present moment as it is. The goal is simple: we’re aiming to pay attention to the present moment (thinking about our thinking), without judgment.  

 

3.  Let your judgments roll by. When we notice judgments arise during our practice, we can make a mental note of them, and let them pass.
 

4.  Return to observing the present moment as it is. Our minds often get carried away in thought. That’s why mindfulness is the practice of returning, again and again, to the present moment. LOOK AGAIN!

 

Don’t judge yourself for whatever thoughts crop up, just practice recognizing when your mind has wandered off, and gently bring it back to positive reality. 

Think on things that are good (Philippians 4:8). LOOK AGAIN!
