3 Steps to Eliminating Negative Thinking!

I often get the question; “Bernard, how can I eliminate negative thinking?”

 

 

 

 

 

My answer is; learn to use the Law of Attraction.

 

It is important to realize that: What you think on, you attract into your life.  The Law of Attraction states that you bring about what you think about. Simply put, you must train your mind to think about what you want in life.

 

You must put off thoughts of worry, fear, and negative thinking. These are all a result of allowing the mind to focus on what you don’t want.

 

So how do we eliminate this negative thinking?

The first step is to recognize the importance of eliminating negative thinking. The key is to understand and respect the Law of Attraction.

 

The second step is to be aware of when we are thinking negatively. 

Sometimes negative thoughts just pop into our minds so we must guard our minds. You can choose to think on things that are good (Philippians 4:8).

 

The third step is to immediately challenge our thoughts when we are thinking negatively. The key is to be diligent in monitoring what you are thinking. With practice you will notice right away when you are thinking negatively, and you then can take the appropriate actions.

 

The mind is a creature of habit, so encourage positive thoughts and eliminate negative ones. We are responsible for the thoughts we think.

Take action to eliminate negative thinking.
